Turkey Sandwich
Serves: 1 Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Turkey, either deli slices or any leftovers you may have (as much or little as you want)
- Avocado slices (as much or little as you want)
- Cranberry sauce
- Spreadable cream cheese
- Spinach
- 2 slices of bread (Preferably fresh bakery bread)
Directions:
On one slice of bread, spread cream cheese. On the other, spread cranberry sauce.
On the slice that has the cranberry sauce, place your turkey on it. If using leftover turkey, I suggest breaking it down into the smallest chunks possible by chopping it on a cutting board. If using deli meat, just gently fold a few slices onto your bread.
Place avocado slices on top of the turkey. Then place spinach on top. Finish making your sandwich by placing the slice of bread with cream cheese on top.
This sandwich pairs well with fresh fruit, like strawberries, bananas, and grapes!
